On July 30th, the "Sichuan Xingdeli 14.2MWp Photovoltaic Project Completion Ceremony" was held in Meishan City. This project not only maximizes the utilization of factory rooftop resources but also effectively reduces corporate electricity costs and carbon emissions through clean energy. The distributed solar power generation system installed on the factory rooftops covers an area of 74,000 square meters, with an average daily power generation of approximately 40,000 kWh, reaching up to 80,000 kWh during peak summer sunlight hours.
The project adopts a "self-generation and self-consumption" model, with a DC-side installed capacity of 14.2MWp and an AC-side capacity of 11.78MW. After commissioning, the annual power generation will reach 12 million kWh — equivalent to reducing standard coal consumption by approximately 3,600 tons and carbon dioxide emissions by approximately 9,000 tons annually, significantly lowering corporate energy costs and enhancing market competitiveness.
Considering the characteristics of Xingdeli's flexible TPO waterproof membrane roofing, we specifically customized heavy-duty TPO flexible waterproof mounting systems for solar applications and deployed professional teams for on-site construction. To ensure construction quality, we collaborated with the project owner to supervise all critical processes, rigorously conducting pull-out and peel tests, airtightness inspections, and rainwater simulation tests. Every step was centered on customer requirements, with technical rigor ensuring long-term stable operation of the project.
Looking ahead, Sinotech will continue to leverage its technical advantages and platform capabilities, working with partners to explore broader green energy application scenarios and inject strong momentum into the green, low-carbon, high-quality development of industries in Sichuan and across China.
