Malaysian Delegation Visits ZETATECH to Explore Next-Generation C&I Energy Storage Solutions

Last week, ZETATECH welcomed a distinguished delegation of four clients from Malaysia for an extensive tour of its facilities. The visit offered the guests a firsthand look at ZETATECHs advanced manufacturing capabilities, its cutting-edge Commercial & Industrial (C&I) energy storage production lines, and its industry-leading technology portfolio.

Touring the C&I ESS Production Lines and Testing Lab

The delegation began their tour at ZETATECH’s newly commissioned factory. They were guided through the C&I production lines, where they observed the precise manufacturing and testing processes of the flagship 261kWh ZetaCube.

As part of the factory tour, the clients visited the advanced Energy Storage Product Testing Area. This dedicated 500-square-meter facility integrates R&D testing and pre-shipment quality verification for both residential and C&I energy storage products. Staffed by over 10 professional test engineers, the lab houses more than 25 sets of specialized lithium-ion battery charge/discharge testing instruments and auxiliary infrastructure.

The lab features a robust planned capacity including five 1000V/100A battery pack test channels, over 160 channels for 100V/100A packs, and more than 24 dedicated C&I storage testing stations. This setup enables comprehensive performance evaluations, covering ambient temperature charge/discharge capacity, round-trip efficiency, pulse charge/discharge characteristics, and system cycle-life testing, ensuring every unit meets rigorous global standards before shipment.

Inside the 261kWh ZetaCube: Safety and Efficiency Redefined

The highlight of the factory tour was the detailed presentation of the 261kWh ZetaCube, a highly efficient and safe solution optimized for modern grid demands. The system utilizes ultra-safe and long-lifecycle Lithium Iron Phosphate (LFP) chemistry, configured in a high-voltage 1P260S arrangement using 3.2V 314Ah cells to achieve a total system voltage of 832V. This high-voltage architecture minimizes thermal generation while maximizing power transmission efficiency. Operating at a stable 0.5P discharge rate, the unit stores 261kWh of energy.

For safety, the cabinet features an advanced perfluorohexanone gas fire suppression system that eliminates fire hazards instantly without leaving residue, backed up by a water sprinkler interface for redundant security.

Strengthening Strategic Global Partnerships

Following the factory tour, the delegation proceeded to ZETATECH’s corporate headquarters. They visited the innovative corporate showroom to explore the company’s technological evolution and global vision. The visit concluded with a high-level strategic meeting with ZETATECH’s senior leadership team. Both parties engaged in in-depth discussions regarding the growing demand for renewable energy in Southeast Asia, paving the way for future project collaborations and green energy partnerships in Malaysia.
